These lessons are shared below as recommendations which are supported by rationale for the recommendations. By doing this, assistance is offered in creating a legislative and technical platform for which communal land titling can further develop in Laos. Following recommendations 1-7 and 9, links to a particular case study from which the recommendation originated from is provided.
