Minister of MONRE emphasized to Lungnamtha province to investigate land leases and concessions in the province to ensure those projects are rightful in the real practices according to the laws and regulations strictly and be able to solve the disputes proper timely!

ຫຼາຍກວ່າ 10 ປີ ພາຍຫຼັງໄດ້ຮັບການສ້າງ, ລັດຖະບານລາວໄດ້ຕັ້ງຄໍາຖາມກ່ຽວກັບປະສິດທິຜົນຂອງນະໂຍບາຍ “ການຫັນທີ່ດິນເປັນທຶນ” ໃນການສ້າງມູນຄ່າທາງເສດຖະກິດຈາກການຫັນເປັນທຸລະກິດຂອງທີ່ດິນອໍານວຍຄວາມສະດວກໃຫ້ແກ່ການພັດທະນາເສດຖະກິດທ້ອງຖິ່ນ ແລະ ການຫຼຸດຜ່ອນງົບປະມານຂອງລັດຕໍ່ການພັດທະນາໂຄ່ງລ່າງພື້ນຖານ.
