The settlement of land issues with administrative characteristics is about settling issues related to State Land acquisition without authorization, using land in contradiction of its objectives, not using land after being transferred, failure to pay taxes or land use fees, land boundaries and other issues having administrative characteristics and other matter with Administrative Characteristics in by Laws and Regulations.

Community participation in land lease and concession projects is important to ensure the full participation of all parties includes villagers living in the project area or those who will be directly affected by the project.

Failure to comply with court verdicts resulted in delays in issuing titles. In some cases, although a court case had not taken place, new land titles were issued to another side or a third party

This is a compilation of short stories written by secondary students in Champasak Province. The stories depict the fundamental centrality of land to the livelihoods of rural Lao populations.

The assessment focused on seven scenarios, namely so-called ghost projects, cancelled projects, expired projects, implementing projects, those without land leases and concessions from the government, conflicted projects, and projects transferred from state ownership to private use.

In these 19 stories, some of them might be forgotten or some still remember. While those stories also give hope for some people who looking for effective results in the near future.
